Fluffy Dinosaur is screenwriter and creative consultant Tess Meyer’s services company. Under this banner, she writes and develops projects with clients and collaborators around the world. Her mission is to bring fun and adventure to all audiences, whether they’re in a cinema, on the couch, on their phones, or at a theme park!

Tess Meyer is a screenwriter based in Sydney, Australia. She collaborates with partners around the world thanks to the time-space portal she discovered in her apartment (her home office has really great internet). In 2021/22 she co-lead the scripting team as script co-producer/story editor on the adventure comedy series '100% Wolf: The Book of Hath' (2023). Tess’ first series as a lead writer, ‘Lil Wild!’ is now streaming on Netflix and MeWatch, and ran for three seasons as well as several successful spin-offs. Her feature film screenwriting debut, ‘Mia and Me: The Hero of Centopia’ released in cinemas in 2022.
These days, Tess works mostly in animation, but she has proud roots in the live action world as a writer, producer and script editor. Tess’ live action work is darker in tone and includes several award-wining short films and a multi award winning web series, ‘Skinford’. Her original YA pilot, ‘Gifted’ is in the top 2% on coverfly, was a semi-finalist in the 2020 Final Draft Big Break competition, and was a finalist in the 2021 Save the Cat Screenplay Challenge. In the immersive space, Tess has collaborated with teams on scripting and story structure for projection shows, interactive films, VR, and interactive live entertainment.
Whatever the medium, Tess is always seeking new opportunities to join writers rooms, take on scripts, voice characters, and build extraordinary worlds with friends and collaborators she is yet to meet..

Surprise! Tess has also featured as a voice actress in two animated feature films and three TV series as well as an award winning VR short film. Her characters have spanned tween-age bullies, motherly British narrators, tenacious Australian journalists, and barbershop singers. Her voice has been described as “ageless”, “energetic” and “authentic” by directors and producers alike. She sings at an above average level and according to all the sound engineers she’s worked with, she laughs with rare authenticity. Ha! Tess is also experienced in casting for feature films and TV series, giving her a unique perspective on creating characters through voice.
